Patio furniture covers are included for the sofa and two chairs to protect them when not in use. With comfortable seating for five, covers for when you need to store your furniture, and nesting tables. I sat on this set at the store and it was very comfortable and the tables fit very well together. I sat on the chairs and sofa, it was very comfortable with the thick cushions on the seats and backs.
The width of the resin wicker is larger than most, it does cover all outer surfaces of the chairs and sofas. Not much assembly for the seating pieces of this set, the nesting tables will require most of your time. Have the manager of your local store contact other stores in his area. If I remember, this set will come in two large boxes. One pox will have the sofa and the other box will have the chairs. Check with the shipping documents and make sure there were two boxes shipped and if not contact Walmart. If they shipped two boxes, the shipping company should be able to track your other box.
The cushions should still be stored when you do not use your patio furniture set for a long time, like during the winter months. Cushions will have polyester fabric covers with a polyester fiberfill. My local store has the sofa and nesting tables in the box on shelf. Try changing your home store to one that is still close to you. Some are still finding this patio conversation set online. I did see one box, the one with the chairs in it at a local store last week.
I purchased this entire 5-pc set plus an extra sofa at just under a 1000. Each set of cushions will react differently to the wash machine’s rough cleaning cycles. If they have been out in the weather for any length of time, your fabric may have started to break down. No one can tell if they will last even in the gentle cycle of a wash machine. I do not believe the cushion covers have zippers in them for removal for cleaning. I would check the local sales sites as this is not sold separately.

The swivel motion of the chairs will allow you to move around in another direction when someone calls your name. The tables nested very easily and were light enough to move easily for end tables in any arrangement. Without seeing your chairs, I would have a hard time explaining what needs to be done. You could reach out to customer service, their number should be in your instructions. You may try some of my suggestions on my site for replacement cushions. Direct replacements are not available, many places will make them for a price. Try different stores as they are in stock in all of the stores around my location.
